    Over five nights at the new Ritz Carlton in Moscow I spoke to a duty manager four times to complain about construction noise (below my 10th floor room) at 4am, no hot water, several rude staff members, a billing mix-up, and a failure to deliver room service.

Interiors reflect the grandeur of Imperial Russia's Classiscm Era (1780-1840). All guest rooms feature polished dark cherry woods,and marble from the Altai Mountains, as well as both antique and modern Russian Artwork.
