The hotel is located within the inner city square mile, adjacent to the city's beautiful and well known Hagley Park. Easy walk (20 minutes) into the city center, the botanical gardens, museum, casino, art gallery and arts center. Hagley Park offers a 12 hole golf course, jogging tracks, exercise areas or a lovely place to enjoy a walk around the park and along the city's Avon River. One of Christchurch's famous and well known shopping areas is the Merival Center, 15 minutes from the hotel. Hotel has a 0.20 per minute charge for local phone calls. Children 12 years and under stay free of charge. Front desk hours: 7:00am to 10:00pm Mon to Fri and 8:00am to 10:00pm on weekends,if arriving outside of these hours, guest must contact property to make arrangements. Hotel restaurant is only open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday
