It's a budget hotel alright but it's at the top end of the services scale but with the prices being extremely reasonable (Ktm is in general a cheap place so this does mean something;).

The Hotel Ganesh Himal is named after one of Nepal's mountains, Ganesh Himal. We offer 30 clean, comfortable rooms and have a very friendly atmosphere. We have a small Restaurant that serves great food. The hotel restaurant offers a choice of Indian, Chinese, Tibetan or Continental cuisine. One may enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner here in the restaurant, in the garden or on one of the many hotel balconies. The hotel's garden is a great place to relax and have a drink after a long day of sightseeing. Meet fellow backpackers here and share stories of the days traveling!
