My room was booked by my business partner from Phnom Penh as they said all their guests are happy with this hotel.

The negatives would be it is not centrally located which means a $2 USD tuk tuk ride to the river side area and the rooms can be a bit noisy at times if you get an outside room with a balcony which I always recommend.
