    Nice selection of gourmet tea in room, a pillow menu (comfy /contoured/ support etc) and prompt attention from housekeeping staff to extra requests made this a special overnight stay.

    When I left my Aussie hat in the closet, the wonderful staff (Kate and Kate, thanks) retrieved it and sent it by overnight mail to the next hotel on our tour.
